Having already discussed the excitement surrounding the Moto X countdown to Motorola’s event, which takes place tomorrow, we now have a bit more news for you. Firstly, we thought you might like to know that the Moto X and iPhone 5 is to share a feature in common, and that is support for the nano-SIM.
We know this is not the big news that you would have liked to have heard, but we find it rather interesting that Motorola will make use of the nano-SIM with their Moto X phone, as there are only two other devices that do so, the iPhone 5 and the PadFone Infinity.
It is uncertain why Motorola chose to go down this route; maybe it is to save space? Some of you will fear this will be the end of hot swapping, but all you will need is a SIM adapter kit and you will be good to go.
Moto X camera megapixel count – We know what the new Moto X phone looks like, and that you will also be able to have it in the color green, and it will come with a nano-Sim, but what of the camera?
Some of the some of the Moto X specs are already known to us, or so we believe, but if Taylor Wimberly, is correct, he has said on his Google+ page that it will come with a 10-megapixel camera and 1080p video recording at 60fps, although you can play them back much slower, at 30fps to be precise.
Moto X release date – There is a good chance Motorola will make their new handset available soon after launch, maybe even this week, but this is just an assumption. If this is the case, then the first Moto X phone review will start to appear shortly after, and then we will get to see if Motorola has a winner on their hands or not.
