It looks like patience is going to pay off in a big way for those consumers in the US who have yet to pick up the HTC One smartphone. At the start of July it looked likely that a special and very sexy Red edition of the popular device would be exclusive to UK consumers only. However, an image revealed recently has suggested otherwise, with Sprint now looking very likely to offer the Red HTC One to US consumers soon.
Normally, we would treat red editions of smartphones with an element of skepticism, as usually they end up looking a bit ridiculous compared to the same phone in standard black or white. The Red version of the HTC One is very different however, as we would even argue that it looks better than the black and white versions.
As mentioned above, the device was initially a Phones4U exclusive in the UK. Now though, EVLeaks has provided an image on their Twitter account which suggests that the phone is also on the way to Sprint in this color. As far as we’re aware, there are no similar plans to offer this on the likes of AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile, meaning that Sprint could have a US exclusive on their hands.

If that is the case, you may want to snap up one before they sell out, as we have a feeling they are going to be in demand when announced officially. Take a look at the image tease above and let us know if you have been waiting a long time for the Red HTC One to arrive in the US.
Will you now consider signing up for a new contract on Sprint or not?
