The Getac Z710-Ex is said to be the best rugged Android tablet on the market for its price because it now comes with explosive protection, giving it even more durability in extreme circumstances.
This was the first rugged Android tablet with the explosive protection, well the first running Android 4.1 that is. While it would be nice for the Getac Z710-Ex to support Android 4.2 or even 4.3, we know that this rugged tablet is not about its performance, but rather its ability to perform in environments that the best Samsung and Sony tablets are unable to.
The Getac Z710-Ex rugged Android tablet specs – Keeping things running is the dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor, which has been clocked at 1GHz, there’s also 1GB or RAM and 16GB of storage, so it’s not going to set any benchtests alight. The 7-inch screen makes it a more portable tablet, so much easier when you need to carry it around and store it away.
