We have been using the iOS 7 beta 2 update on both the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S since the first beta launched for developers, and all looks good with Product Reviews apps but there are a few problems that will be fixed in a later beta.
These iOS 7 beta problems include random crashes of the OS that go to an Apple logo during a restart, although this can happen at any point and even during web browsing or phone calls. We have also seen a few overheating problems with both the iPhone 5 and 4S getting got at different times.
Most people will understand these issues are expected considering we are only expecting iOS 7 beta 3 on Monday, although we hope this is the case and we don’t see thousands of users reporting similar problems when iOS 7 releases to the public later this year. Product Reviews will keep you updated on the changes each iOS 7 beta brings, so keep connected to our social channels for the latest news.
iPhone 5 vs. 4S with both running iOS 7 beta 2 – today, we wanted to feature a new video that landed on YouTube within the last couple of days. You can see the almost 12 minute review below, which takes a look at the iPhone 5 running iOS 7 beta 2 vs. the iPhone 4S running the same version.
This is a good video for our readers that don’t have access to any iOS 7 beta, and provides an early look at how iOS 7 beta 2 compares on both the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. It is worth noting that AirDrop only works on iPhone 5 and we haven’t seen any plans to bring that iOS 7 feature to the iPhone 4S.
Watch the video below looking at iOS 7 and iPhone 5 vs. 4S, and then share a comment with your thoughts and expectations.
