If you are looking for more pictures of the Sony PS4 up close, you’ll definitely want to check out this excellent interactive model that we have found for you. Consumers are pleasantly surprised to see how small the entry PS4 model is compared to the original PS3 and now you can zoom in to the finer details of the console all by yourself.
A lot of consumers have already pre-ordered their PS4 on Amazon, straight after Sony’s E3 press conference – despite the company yet to announce an official PS4 release date. That is testament to the good job that Sony has done so far in marketing the device, with many consumers somewhat surprised in the negativity surrounding the Xbox One, with regards to used-game policies and an internet requirement for single-player offline games.
You have probably seen some lovely press images of the PS4 as we showed you here, but now we have what looks to be one of the first interactive images on offer. If you head to this site, you’ll be able to view a 360 degrees model of the PS4, allowing you to zoom in to any area of the console or DualShock4 controller for closer inspection.
Simply move the mouse for direction, and zoom in using the scrolling wheel on your mouse. This is particularly useful if you want to check out the exact ports that the console features on the back of the system. You’ll also see that there are only two USB ports on the front this time, as opposed to four on the original PS3 model in 2006.
While the sheer amount of vents is very pleasing to see to withstand any potential YLOD issues, we just hope that the system won’t be prone to overheating as many experienced with the PS3. Check out the interactive model for yourself and let us know your concluding opinions on the design.
Are you happy with the design, or do you think it could have been better?
