With just a few hours to go until the Google I/O 2013 keynote gets underway, we thought we would have one last look at what we can expect to see at the event. Some things we are almost certain to see, while others are less likely, but you never know right?
So what can we expect later today? There has been a great deal of speculation in regards to a revamped Nexus 4, which could have a few improvements to help give the popular LG device a new lease of life. We had hoped to see the Nexus 5 announced, but we don’t expect to see this until later in the year now. We also reported earlier that we could see a white Nexus 4 during the Google I/O keynote.
Another product that could make a showing on stage later today is the Nexus 7 sequel. If this is true then the Nexus 7 2nd-generation could sport an improved display, more powerful processor, increased RAM, but more importantly, a price reduction over the current model as well. If this is the case, then the new 2013 Nexus 7 could cause a further headache for Apple with their iPad mini.
It’s very likely that we will also see Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie as well, and while they may not release it just yet, Google could show us what we have to look forward to.
Speaking of Key Lime Pie, the Motorola X Phone is expected to be the first device to use the upcoming mobile OS, and we do hope to see the Google X Phone later today. However, this is a bit of a long shot, and may not happen, but the new handset could be mentioned and briefly teased at least?
Do you except to see any of these products during the Google I/O 2013 keynote, or something different for that matter?
