It may come as little surprise to you that the iPhone 6 with bigger screen will not see the light of day this year, and we will have to make do with the refreshed iPhone 5S instead. A number of analysts have recently been vocal about this larger smartphone from Apple, saying it will not happen this year, although they do acknowledge the handset will have an increased display once released.
We don’t expect to see the iPhone 6 in 2013, but 2014 is looking rather promising and while we have no solid information as to the size of the display, it’s expected to be larger than the iPhone 5. Some iPhone fans will say the bigger the better, while others would rather Apple not go too large, which camp are you in?
To some of you this may seem like bad news, as there is far more interest in an iPhone 6 release in 2013, rather than the iPhone 5S, and it’s easy to see why this is. Since Tim Cook took over the helm of Apple, he has changed the predictability of their releases, and so led to speculation that an iPhone 6 with a larger screen in 2013 was possibly.
We already reported that a source had said the iPhone 6 would be delayed, although we found that a strange thing to say considering the handset has never been announced, so how can it be delayed? This latest news is more believable, as it only states we will not see the larger displayed iPhone this year.
We don’t expect this news to put people off, as they will still share with us what they hope to see in terms of iPhone 6 features and design, one of which you can see in this video concept below. If you are unable to view this on our app, then you can check the video out here.
