Chevy are certainly doing all they can to show that the C7 is a vast improvement over its predecessor, the C6, which is evident when you view the latest 2014 Corvette Stingray interior video. For the most part the footage is a little tedious, but it’s nice to see the interior of the car is not as plastic as previous versions, along with the fact that there is greater use of leather.

General Motors seems to have put a huge amount of effort in the design and manufacturing process of the C7 Corvette Stingray, which you can see in the video below, as you are taken through the process from the first sketches to the end result. We found ourselves getting a little bored as we were not too fond of the black and white footage and the boring commentary either.

However, if you do stick with the video of the C7 interior you will see that it is miles apart from that of the C6, the mix of leather and carbon fiber seems to work beautifully together. Let’s hope when we start to see the first full 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray reviews enough attention is given to the interior, because it clearly deserve it.

We’re not certain how these critics will react to the new rear light cluster because they are no longer the iconic round type. However, for those who are not happy with the new layout, then there is an aftermarket rear fender and light cluster already available from an Italian supplier.
