ASUS really want potential customers to be kept in the loop about their future products, something that other companies would not think of. We already knew that ASUS plans to release the 7-inch MeMo Pad, which to some will be an alternative to the Nexus 7, although it will come with limitations.
To help better understand the new 7-inch MeMo, ASUS has come up with an informative video that helps to tout some of the key features from this budget tablet. One of the key features as pointed out by the Taiwanese company is that the small MeMo Pad can fit nicely in the palm of your hand – you’ll need big hands – and that it is ideal to stay up-to-date socially while on the go.
We already know so much about the new device, but ASUS still feels as though they need to remind you of the expandable storage thanks to a microSD slot, as well as coming pre-loaded with a range of productivity apps. It’s great that ASUS is marketing this new tablet, but we’re not too certain if people will like the animated video commercial, as it just don’t sit right with us.
The software is certainly a positive about the 7-inch MeMo Pad, but we have to say that the specs, which we have already covered does seem a little dated. However, when you consider that you only have to pay $150 it’s certainly worth considering.
