Stephen Fry’s BlackBerry Z10 preference over Nexus 4, Galaxy S3

By Updated on

Whenever a new iPhone is released we know that Stephen Fry will get his hands on one long before the public, just as he did with the White iPhone 4. However, the comedian and lover of tech and gadgets also had the Blackberry Z10 long before the public did, and he has given his insightful unbiased review.

There are so many Blackberry Z10 reviews already, as well as comparison videos, but we love how Fry does things a little different. He has a handful of smartphones, the Z10, Galaxy S3, iPhone 5, Nexus 4 and the HTC Windows 8x, he then set himself a task of working out which of these devices he would grab first if there were a fire. Now we already know that you have made your choice, as have we, but what would do you think Stephen chose?

Stephen knows that what we do with our phones has changed so much in a short amount of time because while we would spend more time making calls or texts, this isn’t the case anymore. Now the phone needs to be simple when it comes to checking out your calendar, copying a URL, selecting certain text from a tweet and also sharing photos and videos on Facebook. Whichever handset can manage to do this the simplest is always going to be popular – well that’s the theory.

The BlackBerry Z10 allows you to do many of these things in quick and easy steps, and because it comes fully loaded with all the latest tech, 4G, NFC etc it should appeal to the masses. While his overview of these smartphones is extensive his answer to the fire question was not a simple one to answer, and so said that he would take his iPhone and the BlackBerry Z10 and hope that he did not get burned in the process.
