There is a lot of positive anticipation for Sprint customers right now and rightly so. The company is on the verge of unveiling their version of the AT&T HTC One X and it looks like we now have the first image of the Sprint HTC EVO One to show you.
As most of you know, today is the day when Sprint will officially unveil The HTC EVO One to the world but it looks like PocketNow has managed to obtain a real press image before the event.
There’s no certainty that the image is genuine, but given Pocketnow’s reputation for delivering accurate Sprint leaks in the past, we have a feeling that it is the real thing. We see the HTC EVO One pictured next to the AT&T HTC One X, and even the T-Mobile HTC One S makes it into the picture as well.
Interestingly, the picture also seems to suggest that the Sprint EVO One will be significantly different in design to the HTC One X. For example, the One X will feature elements of white around the edges of the device, whereas the EVO One will stick to a traditional grey color. The speaker next to the front-facing camera also differs between the two variants and in our opinion the EVO One definitely looks better in this aspect.
Hardware specs will obviously be the same between the two devices and unlike the International version which will feature a quad-core processor, the LTE radio featured in the EVO One means that the device will be restricted to a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor only.
We are obviously just hours away from an official reveal – are you excited? Given that this device is thought to contain a 2,650 mAh battery – we’d say that you should be pretty excited about this. It could well be the best Android device seen so far.
