If you are looking to pick up one of Verizon’s upcoming devices before the end of the year, you’ll be interested to know that we have a new list of rumored release dates to share with you, including devices such as the highly anticipated Galaxy Nexus and the Motorola Droid 4.
Both handsets are still yet to receive any form of official confirmation from Verizon regarding a release, much to the frustration of potential customers. We now have some new dates to share with you for both devices, although considering the roller coaster ride so far for the US Galaxy Nexus, these dates should be taken with a very large pinch of salt.
According to Droid-Life though, these new dates could be ‘final’ and they now highlight a December 9 launch for the 4G LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus. We now have an indication on when the Droid 4 may now arrive, as the initial ‘December 8’ launch has once again changed to a launch date taking place on December 22nd.
The information over at Droid-Life also reveals new release dates for a few of Verizon’s other notable upcoming launches, and these include the Motorola XYboard tablet (Xoom 2) and also the white version of the already-released Droid RAZR smartphone. If their information is accurate, we could be seeing all varieties of the XYBoard on December 12, while the white Droid RAZR could launch between the Galaxy Nexus and Droid 4 handset during the middle of the month.
We’re not getting our hopes up though, as the Galaxy Nexus rumored launch date has changed far too many times now for our liking. A lack of official information from Verizon is starting to become fairly ridiculous now, and we’re sure a few of you will agree with us as well. There’s not long till these rumored dates kick into effect though, so let’s see what happens.
Are you still getting a Galaxy Nexus from Verizon?
