Apple changed the way we listen to music many years ago now, and they are still making iPods, although they are getting smaller and better with each incarnation. The iPod Nano is a 7G version, and takes from what they offered us last year and made a few more improvements. Navigation is made easier and fitness experience has been vastly improved. Apple has been watching what third-party accessory makers have been doing and decided that they now wanted a piece of that pie, so have created watch faces to match you.
Over the past year iPod Nano owners have been wearing their device like a watch, so Apple are selling right now watchbands, with a selection of 18 different faces. These include Mickey or Minnie Mouse, Kermit the Frog, a range of faces to look like a fancy watch, but my favorite has to be Animal from the Muppets – he was the ultimate when I was a child.
As there are a range of color choices for the new iPod Nano you will need a range of styles and colors that best match your model, and all these are available on Apple’s online store now. Prices start from $24.95 and go up to $79.95. The range includes iWatchz Q Series, HEX Icon, LunaTik and many more. All of these are designed transform your Nano into a premium watch.
The new clock faces are included in the new software, but we are certain that more will be made available in time. It does look as though Apple are now starting to become a little more fun, maybe this is the direction that Tim Cook will now take the company in? The new iPod Nano comes in 7 different colors and is priced at $129 for the 8GB version and $149 for the 16GB version. How come Apple only increases the price by just $20 for doubling storage with the Nano, but $100 for the iPhone?
