Hopefully the illustrious iPhone 5 or whatever it will be called should soon see the light of day, and satisfy the growing anticipation from many consumers. Presently we can’t be sure what specifications the handset will have as there are different rumors daily. Only yesterday we heard that Apple could be introducing an iPhone 5 with LTE capability. This doesn’t stop some ingenious mock ups appearing online, as a video showing an iPhone 5 hologram keyboard is a viral hit.
You can see the video yourself below and is a concept of the iPhone 5, and according to Cnet was cleverly created by the 3D team at Aatma Studio. It obviously isn’t an iPhone 5 but really clever all the same, and the feature could be seen a few iPhones down the line.
The mocked up handset is thinner than a MacBook Air, and you have to wonder how such a device would be powered given today’s battery technology. It certainly looks smart as the keyboard is projected out on to the desk.
Apple may be working on some sort of hologram technology though, as The Drum is reporting that the company could be bringing out a full size hologram TV next year. According to sources the device that may be also glasses free 3D, could be available by Christmas 2012. Apple suppliers are reportedly gearing up to produce such devices, and the company has won a patent for a new form of 3D.
Steve Jobs himself said last year that the TV industry “undermines innovation in the sector”, and added to change this you need to “start from scratch, tear up the box, redesign, and get it to the consumer in a way that they want to buy it.”
Do you think Apple will get into the TV market?
