It never ceases to amaze us how clever gamers unravel easter eggs hidden within zombie maps, well one achievement which the Shangri-La zombie map brought to Call of Duty: Black Ops has been keeping Xbox 360 gamers busy for hours, however a YouTube user called ‘Samdaman118′ has finally earned 75G for completing the “Time Travel Will Tell’ achievement, he has shared videos showing just how he managed this on the popular video sharing website.
There are six segments of videos to watch and as far as we are concerned this is by far the most complicated easter egg in a zombies map yet, we have embedded all of the videos at the end of this post (in order), however we must state that even with the video some segments are difficult.
In our post we will start you off on your journey however it would take thousands of words to describe some of the actions which need to be performed, therefore if you want to complete the easter egg we thoroughly recommend watching the videos and following along.
There are some requirements which are necessary before you get started, firstly you will need four players playing, also you will need some semtex grenades, spikemores and the Shrink Ray, also you will need a slow crawler.
Most of the actions required in the easter egg have to occur during an eclipse, so firstly we must trigger the eclipse. In the centre of where you first spawn you will see a some pillars, here you will see four buttons which need to be pressed simultaneously, do this and the screen will go darker and if you look towards the sun you will see an eclipse, this action needs to be repeated several times during the easter egg as the eclipse is not permanent.
Part two is a lot more complicated and is explained well in the second video which we have embedded below, in fact the rest of the procedure is a lot easier to follow by watching the videos and following the instructions, hopefully after watching you will complete the easter egg and earn the achievement along. Note: upon completion you also get two gamer pictures.
We do not take credit for the videos, therefore you should perhaps say thank you on Samdaman118′s YouTube channel, let’s face it 95% of people would have never worked this out by themselves, I, for one, wouldn’t have!
Did the videos help you?
