Well, we have had a look on Android Market and have found a few apps that track your habits. The idea of this is to make certain that you drink the right amount of water in a day.
Some people believe that drinking too much water will give them water retention, but there are other factors that cause this. It does not matter what you do for a living, we all need to drink water in a day; some will need more than others. Those who have to drink more include those who live or work in hot countries or who workout in the day.
What is the point of going on a diet, only to forget that one vital ingredient “Water?” If you do not drink enough water then you will start to feel tired, your skin will start to get into a bad state and can even risk a heart attack. Never before has an app been more important, so here are a few that you should consider downloading and installing on your Android device.
The first app is simply called “Drinking Water” and will track your water drinking habits. This is a great tool to see if you have been achieving your daily intake. This app seems to be popular, as it has a 4 out of 5 star rating, and is very simple to use.
Next up is “Drinking Water For Fit” and is very much the same as the app above. However, there is a cool feature on the app that shows an animation of the Water Droid. The figure will show how happy it is when you drink enough water in a day, if you are not drinking enough the Water Droid will start to get unhappy.
“Drink Water Beta” is our third app that tries to help you drink enough water. Again, very similar to the other two apps above but there are a few minor differences. Some of the features include a popup dashboard, historical consumption graph, notifications and much more.
The final app that we have for you is called “8 Cups a Day Drinking Water”, which not only comes with your complete drinking history but also a handy scoreboard as well. This mixes gaming and real life, so when you drink enough water in a day you will level up in the app.
