Celebrity health tips explained in top apps

Whenever a new movie comes out you stare in amazement at how one of the main stars was able to lose so much weight for the role. We have seen a few put weight on and then lose it in a matter of months. Upon further research we think we have found a few celebrity health tips in two top apps – just hope they will do the job.

Now these stars spend a small fortune in getting fit, but you do not have too, as we have explained to you before in a few recent posts, such as 5-10 minute abs workouts to weight loss workouts for men. One app that we believe will help you is called “Positively Celebrity” and is a great all-rounder.

With this app not only will you be given advice on the celebrity fitness secrets, but also their fashion trends as well. This is great, as you will want to show off that new body of yours won’t you? Kristen Aldridge has created the app, and she has all the insider information that you have always wanted to know.

The expert advice comes from those who have worked with the likes of MTV, E! and so many more, so you know that they will be bringing their expertise to the table. Some of the key features include: How to videos, daily blog updates, Twitter feed and so much more. The price you pay is just $1.99.

However, the app that you will most want is called BodyFate Workout, and is said to be the best workout app of them all. Those of you in the know would have heard of Christine Hazelton, as she is a celebrity trainer. She explains all the routines that you need to go through in order to lose weight, even if you do not have a gym.

This app is not for those who want to do the occasional workout, this is going to be intense, and so you need to know what you are letting yourself in for. Each workout will be a challenge, and always remember than if you do partake in this then you will have to eat a balanced diet as well – you cannot live off a lettuce leaf if you are going to be burning off all those calories.

If you are always looking on the App Store to decide what exercise app you should download then stop, as this is the one. OK, so we know that we have mentioned apps like this before, but not one from an expert who trains our favorite celebrities.
