Back in early May we suggested that WRC 2 will arrive in October this year and would be coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, now a recent article posted on VG247 has reconfirmed this information and revealed some more juicy details.
North One Sport’s CEO has made some interesting information public about their next WRC installment, apparently it will include all of the rallies from this year’s WRC calendar and you will see all of the leading WRC drivers and teams. As if this wasn’t enough, it has also been revealed that we can expect much more content this time round.
When we finally get our hands on WRC 2 we can expect to see 9 car categories, 90 stages, 15 locations, 25 terrain types and 25 different weather conditions, also we are told that you will be able to drive a wide-range of rally cars, from today’s top models all the way back to cars from the 1960s. The game’s developers have also revealed that we can expect more detail, variety and realism.
We have saved the best till last (in our opinion), apparently WRC will boast a revamped career mode and 16 player multiplayer, surely all of these improvements will make WRC 2 a must buy for any racing game fan.
