Ninja Gaiden 3, 8 player support for online modes

Over the last month or so we have started hearing details regarding Ninja Gaiden 3, previously we saw a trailer which teased gameplay action and also we posted some of the game’s first-ever details, now we can follow up our post which spoke about release date information and multiplayer modes.

Previously we heard that multiplayer game modes would be pretty complex and we also told you that the game’s release date would be the same for all platforms, now we have more detailed information to reveal courtesy of EuroGamer.

Apparently online modes will allow you to play both competitively or cooperatively, if you want to fight against each other up to eight of you can do this at the same time. It was also revealed that if you join the Shadows of the World online there will be new challenges, characters and missions awaiting you.

As we suspected Ninja Gaiden 3 will be coming to both Xbox 360 and PS3, there is also talk of a Wii U release called Ninja Gaiden: Razor’s Edge, however details regarding this title are currently scarce.
