Apple’s iWork Suite: Review and First Impressions

By Updated on

Back on May 31st we offered you details regarding Apple’s iWork Suite for the iPhone. We now have a review and first impressions of the apps that can be downloaded for free on the smaller iOS device, as long as you already have them on the iPad. Each app will cost you $10 for the iPad version, but certainly worth it to be able to go from one device to another.

Using these apps is said to be very easy, and will be just like they are on the larger screen – although it does take a bit of getting used to with the smaller screen of the iPhone. The first time that you start the app up you will have the choice to access your saved file from a number of locations, but if you do not wish to, then you can choose your own location.

You have a choice of 16 templates, which will make life much easier when creating documents. However, if these are not to you liking, then you can always visit Apple to download a greater choice. After you have selected which template you wish to use you are then taken to the document editor; this is where the fun begins.

We are not saying that Apple’s iWork Suite is perfect, as there are still a few key areas that needs to be improved. Having said that, they are ideal if you only need to create basic documents – it all depends on how you run your business. For a greater insight visit Apple.com.
