PlayStation Store back online updates from Sony, satisfied?

There seems to be a growing trend that gamers are unhappy with the PlayStation Store back online updates from Sony, as they are not satisfied with the frequency of them. Some PSN users are disgusted with the current level of service that they have received. There have hardly been any updates from Sony regarding when the service will return – apart from today of course.
The latest details we have is that PSN will be back up by the end of the week. However, this will not be for all regions – so yet another vague update to put up with. We really do not know how much more of this users can take, and with more attacks planned (which we will discuss in details later) the future of Sony’s gaming sector is not looking that great.
Some of our readers are not happy, saying that Sony are working hard to “maximize security” and hoping that they do not “cheap out on their new security”. Others are saying that they will sell their PS3 if “Sony screw up again” and make the move to PC gaming instead – no mention of Xbox 360 then?
We should give Sony a break though, as they are certainly under a great deal of pressure here. Not only will the PSN Store take the most amount of work, but they also have the fear that they are under attack from individuals. Maybe it is time for the government to step in and find out who is doing such a thing and why.
You may wonder why a private company should get help from the Government? Well when you think that our personal data was taken the first time round this presents a security issue. This is not the first time that governments have stepped in to help companies, especially in the U.S.
