MSI introduces new WindPad Enjoy 7 / Enjoy 10 Android tablets

We have some rather interesting news now for those of you that are thinking about buying a new low-cost Android tablet, as MSI has just introduced its new 7-inch and 10-inch WindPad Enjoy tablets during the 2011 Computex Taipei computer expo that is taking place this week.

As recently noted over on the website, both the Enjoy 7 and the Enjoy 10 models are powered by an ARM Cortex A8 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz and run by Android 2.3 Gingerbread. They also come with 512MB of DDR3 RAM and 4GB of flash memory.

However, they do also include microSD card slots that support up to 32GB of additional storage and sport a 2-megapixel front facing webcam. In terms of connectivity, the Enjoy 7 and Enjoy 10 tablets both come with a USB port, an HDMI port, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n).

Where the 2 models differ apart from the screen size, is the weight and battery capacity. The Enjoy 7 weighs in at 395g and comes with a 3500mAh battery and a screen resolution of 800 x 480, while the WindPad Enjoy 10 weighs in at 795g, incorporates a 4700mAh battery and has a 1024 x 768 resolution.
