PSN and PlayStation Store more secure than Xbox Live

Sony and the PlayStation Network outage has been one of the most talked about subjects in the world of gaming over the past month or so and although many gamers have turned their backs on Sony, there are still a lot who have kept their confidence in the company.
One such person is Avalanche Studios producer Andreas Thorsen, who according to Tom Pakinkis over on the computerandvideogames.com website has recently said that he believes that the PSN and PlayStation Store will be more secure than its competitors such as Xbox Live once it fully returns.
When asked whether the PlayStation Network’s security was an issue considering their latest title – Renegade Ops – is a download-only game, Andreas Thorsen said that he thinks the new system will more than likely be even more secure than Sony’s competitors.

Thorsen then went on to discuss how the PSN outage had affected the Avalanche Studios team that was working on the upcoming Renegade Ops game. One obvious problem he said was the fact that they couldn’t develop during that time, which of course leads to delays in the game’s release.
Have you still got confidence in Sony and the PlayStation Network? Do you think what Andreas Thorsen has said is correct?
