Apart from the imminent new iPhone that is expected soon, Apple has been fairly content and little has been happening as far as exciting stuff is concerned. Bang & Olufsen are looking to change that though with their new luxury EarSet 3i headphones for Apple devices.
We recently brought you news of Bang & Olufsen’s 85” 3DTV again offering luxury. Now they are dealing with the finer details that they also have a reputation for. The earphones are compatible with the iPods, iPhones and iPads.
They are made of a brushed aluminum and soft rubber combination has a 4-pole mini jack and a built-in microphone. They are wired and very light with a total weight of 23g. It also features a cord that is 3.3ft long and the earpieces are inner buds.
The frequency range of these earphones is 50Hz to 20,000Hz. No release date has been given yet nor any word of a price, though expect it to be around the same price as their previous set which were $250. Check out the article at iPodnn for more about the EarSet 3i earphones.
Will you be willing to pay this much for a pair of earphones?
