HTC Trophy Official Verizon Launch Date Confirmed

We previously brought you news of the HTC Trophy when we were reported hints of a Verizon release. That was back in February, now we are able to bring you news of a confirmation that the gaming smartphone will officially be available on Verizon near the end of this month, May 26th to be exact.

This means Verizon Wireless will finally be able to offer some Window Phone to its customers for the first time. The date above is when the device will be available to purchase online, it will also be heading to stores by June 2nd.

The 3.8” touchscreen Windows Phone will feature 16GB storage, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 5mp camera. Other features include its 720p HD video capability, Microsoft Office programs and Music + Video hub which allows access to various media programs on their device.

This phone also allows customers access to over 15,000 games and apps using a Zune Pass subscription to Windows Phone Marketplace. If you’re thinking of getting the HTC Trophy, it will cost you $149. Check out VZW for more details about the device.
