We have some rather exciting news now for all you wrestling fans out there right now, as TNA Wrestling has just revealed a few more details on its upcoming video game for mobile devices. This will be the second game released by the wrestling organization, with the first being 2008’s TNA: Impact!
As Damian Anthony Seeto from the justpushstart.com website recently noted, the upcoming TNA Wrestling game is entirely new – unlike the PSP port that was released last year – and features the likes of Rob Van Dam and Hulk Hogan. It does also include old favorites such as Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle.
The game actually features 24 licensed TNA Wrestling stars in all, who all get to compete in 6 different match types. Players will even be able to take the fight online against other people and thanks to the included leader boards; they will even be able to check out who’s currently at the top.
TNA Wrestling’s new mobile video game will be released on May 19th, and will be available for the iPad, iPhone, Android devices and more. The TNA Impact game received mediocre reviews when it was released back in 2008 and although it was praised for some things, it was criticized for others.
You can view a trailer for the game via the JPS website. Do you think the new game will receive a better reception than the last TNA Wrestling game?
