If you own an iOS device and you’re a fan of top-down racing games such as the recently updated Death Rally, then I’m pretty sure you’re going to love the upcoming DrawRace 2 game from RedLynx, the development team behind the hugely successful XBLA title Trials HD.
According to a recent computerandvideogames.com article by Mike Jackson, the DrawRace 2 game – which is a touch-based top-down racer – is heading to the iPad and iPhone sometime in the second quarter of this year. You can view a trailer for the upcoming game via the YouTube link here.
The DrawRace 2 game promises to provide gamers with an all-new career mode, loads of new tracks, turbo controls and a variety of new cars / car types. In fact, there will be a total of 16 different cars, 32 3D tracks, multiplayer gameplay, leaderboards and five different race types.
Race types include rally, stock car and formula. There is also a couple of screenshots for the upcoming DrawRace 2 game, which can be viewed over on the CVG website. We haven’t got a specific date at this stage, but the release can’t be too far away.
