When it comes to iPod docks there have been a number of different quirky designs. One design that has stuck out since it came onto the seen in 2007 is the Zeppelin Air speaker from Bowers & Wilkins.
We previously brought you news of this speaker dock back when the iPod rage was first kicking off. Since then it has had a mini version released and now we bring you news of an AirPlay enabled version that is compatible with Apple’s wireless streaming of music and other media.
The new version looks to be pretty much the same as the original except no need for wires and maybe a slight change in design of the actual Apple devices that can be docked with the speaker.
The news comes courtesy of the article by Trent Wolbe over at Engadget which can be checked out by clicking the link. There you will also find that a full review of the Zeppelin Air with its new AirPlay capability has been provided.
What do you think of the Zeppelin Air? Do you think it is still one of the best iPod docks? Let us know in the comments below.
