G-Form is an athletic gear company who has turned their skills at creating special protective cases for iPads and Laptops. They recently decided to drop an iPad while it was in their Extreme Sleeve from an airplane 500 feet up, and it survived.
Now the company has released the G-Form Extreme Laptop Sleeve, and you can see a video of it in action below which will leave you wondering if there can be a more rugged case? The sleeve is made from a material which is soft and flexible, but great at absorbing impacts.

It can absorb over 90% of the energy associated with impacts, and using the clever technology which is built into the material it will stiffen upon impact. Another great feature is that it is also water resistant. In the video below you can see a 13-inch MacBook pro being dropped 20 feet from a balcony while being protected by the sleeve, and having no adverse effects on the device.
The Extreme Sleeve is available from the G-form website for the preorder price of only $69.95. It will begin shipping from the 31st of May, and comes in black or yellow.
