Dell Precision M6600 Laptop: UK Sees Early Release

If you live in the UK and you’ve been thinking about buying yourself a new laptop, then we have some information that could definitely be of interest to you. The new Dell Precision M6600 laptop appears to have seen an early release in the UK, and is now up for sale at the company’s UK outlet.

As Vlad Savov over at engadget.com recently noted, the 17.3-inch M6600 mobile workstation offers a number of options including a multi-touch LED-backlit display with stylus functionality, NVIDIA Quadro 4000M graphics, a 2.5GHz quad-core Core i7-2910XM processor and 16GB of DDR3 RAM.

In regards to the hard drive options, customers have a choice of up to 750GB SATA hard drive or up to 256GB Solid State hard drive. The prices start from £1,549 ($2,590) excluding shipping and VAT, although a device with the aforementioned specs would actually set you back £4,714 ($7,880).

According to the specs list over on the Dell website, the M6600 mobile workstation laptop also comes with integrated Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 3.0, integrated high quality speakers, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a SmartCard reader, 2 USB 3.0 ports and a HDMI output. You can read more via Dell.com.
