The iPhone 5 rumors appear to be coming thick and fast at the moment. Just this morning we brought you an article about some new rumored pictures of the handset that had recently made their way online, and another article that took a brief look at the most recent rumors.
Now some more interesting information has come to our attention, only this time the report suggests not one but two iPhone 5 models. According to Alex over at iphonedownloadblog.com, Apple is supposedly building two iPhone 5 models that are scheduled for a fall 2011 release.
The information comes from an employee of an Apple part supplier, who claims that there will be both standard and pro versions of the much-anticipated device. The source claimed that Apple has been ordering components of a similar function, but some of them are better than others.
While some of the components that Apple have ordered are just the standard versions, the company has also been ordering better quality components that have the same function. The source says that both types would not go in the same device, leading him to believe that there will be 2 models.
What do you think about the possibility of there being both a ‘standard’ and ‘pro’ version of the Apple iPhone 5?
