Released by Cronogenics, the app allows users to have a virtual trainer that can be customized to create a randomized workout lasting 60 to 75 minutes. Users can get a new exercise routine for every workout, and they move quickly from one exercise to the next to maximize the cardiovascular benefits.
The workouts have full instructions and animated photos, and allow users to choose one to three body parts to exercise for each workout. Workouts are randomized to cut down boredom after many months.
