Last Day of Work – the developer behind Virtual Families and Fish Tycoon – has already seen its popular Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life game become a best seller on both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X platforms, and now the company is hoping it has the same success on the iPad.
The Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life game tasks players with watching over a brand new group of villagers, as they set out to explore the hidden eastern shore of the island of Isola, unravel the story of the island, uncover great mysteries and ultimately save the Tree of Life.

Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life features support for multiple simultaneous players, enabling up to 5 gamers to have their own separate tribes on the one iPad. The game also features a new villager selection screen, which allows players to start the game with a custom tribe.
If players want a bit of an extra challenge, they can always start the game with a tribe of only children, or choose a tribe that is full of nursing mothers. Virtual Villagers 4: The Tree of Life app also features new collectibles, new Island events, new puzzles and a new updated user interface.
Other great features include real-time weather such as fog, clouds and sudden downpours and real-time gameplay, with new surprises every time the player starts the game up. You can read more about the game via the itunes.apple.com website. Have you ever played any of the Virtual Villagers games?
