We have some good news for those of you who are patiently waiting for the release of the HTC Droid Incredible 2, as we have some new pictures of the device to show you, which suggest that a public release may not be too far off.
Images have been obtained by the guys over at PocketNow, but unlike other leaked images, these ones are apparently official press shots. That means that Verizon and HTC are now stepping up their efforts to get this device out for market, so don’t be surprised if we see the phone officially announced sometime during this month.
The pictures show the Verizon branding at the top, and a slightly different Droid-eye logo on the main screen. We don’t know official specs yet, but we’re praying that a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread will come as standard features – it is the true successor to the Incredible 2 after all, not like the HTC Incredible S which is already out.
Are you waiting for this device to release, or do you have your eyes set on another device such as the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S II or HTC EVO 3D, all of which are likely to be popular handsets of choice this year.
