Just imagine our surprise when we learned that there was an Amazon Cloud iPhone solution, so iOS owners do not have to feel left out after all. There is a process that you have to go through in order for it to work, one that requires you to use the mobile version of Safari. However there is one small drawback, which could become tiresome after a while.
The Cloud Player from Amazon is certainly one in the eye for iPhone users, who looks as though they will have to wait a little while longer for such a service. Once Apple makes their service live then Amazon will have things a little tougher, even though they are already pitting themselves against Sony Music.
The issue that we discussed above about becoming tiresome is the fact that you can only play one track at a time. Mashable explains that the first thing that you need to do is go to Amazon.com on your iPhone and select full and not the mobile version of the website. The next step is to select Cloud Drive and choose which folder as well as the file you wish to listen to.
Once you have made your selection just press the download box, which is when Safari Mobile will open up QuickTime and will then begin to stream your song. The rest of the instructions are on Mashable, but for those who are more interested in the real thing, then read some final thoughts about Amazon’s Cloud Player.
