We have recently heard that there is a recall affecting certain 2011 Honda Odyssey models, apparently the problem affects around 2,800 vehicles, therefore if own the 2011 Odyssey or know someone who does you should continue reading this article.
The problem is related to the driver and front passenger electric windows, apparently the windows could come off their tracks, which could result them becoming stuck. This could potentially cause the window to shatter, which poses an obvious risk to the vehicle’s occupants.
From what we can see it is the window which is at fault not the electric window mechanism, if your vehicle is affected a safety recall will begin on roughly April 15, dealers will replace the faulty window glass free of charge.
