Virtua Tennis 4: PS3 Version to Receive Exclusive Content

We have some rather exciting news now for those of you that own a PlayStation 3 and are thinking about purchasing the much-anticipated Virtua Tennis 4 game, as David Kempshall – the Brand Manager for VT4 – has just revealed that the PS3 version is to receive some exclusive content.

As noted over on the blog.us.playstation.com website, besides featuring players such as Andy Murray, Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, Venus and Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova, PlayStation 3 owners will also be able to get their hands on Pat Rafter, Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg.

The extra players aren’t the only bit of exclusive content for the PS3 version either, as the Virtua Tennis 4 game will also provide gamers with 2 exclusive Party Games. The first of the Party Games is the classic and popular Pin Crusher game, where players are challenged to a game of tenpin bowling.

In Pin Crusher, players must serve the ball and attempt to knock down the skittles on the other side of the court. This game is only playable with the control pad however. The Net Blitz Party Game challenges players to build up their score by returning the balls into different sized nets.
