If you’re looking to get a new desktop computer or need something a bit more practical for business purposes, then you may wish to consider the pair of desktops Lenovo have just announced. The ThinkCentre M81 and the ThinkStation E30.
Although both these computers are far from good looking, it’s what’s on the inside that makes these Lenovo beasts stand out from the rest. They both have the capacity to host Intel’s Sandy Bridge processors have speedy startup and shutdown times.
This comes from Lenovo’s EE (Enhanced Experience) 2.0 for Windows 7 which both desktops feature. The M81 uses integrated graphics from its Intel chip or can use the ATI option, while the E30 can use graphics from NVIDIA’s Quadro/ NVS.
The E30 will also feature a SATA III interface, USB 3.0, as much as 16GB memory and a choice of a 160GB or 80GB SSD. They can both be purchased when shipping begins as late as early May. The ThinkCentre M81 will set you back $599 while the ThinkStation E30 will cost you $629.
