Mortal Kombat 2011 Kratos Gameplay Trailer

By Updated on

Earlier on we brought you news that NetherRealm Studios, producers of this year’s Mortal Kombat title, had published a trailer video which features Raiden, today we can bring you more exciting news and yet another video which this time features Kratos, the protagonist from the God of War series.

Gamespot originally posted the video, we have embedded it at the end of this post. The video shows he has a pretty decent arsenal of weaponry and attacks. In the video we can see he uses a variety of weaponry which contain both range attacks and close combat.

Again we see more finger-blistering combinations from the video and lots of blood spilling from Kratos’ opponents, however what is new in this video that we did not see in Raiden’s is there seems to be an attack which requires the player to press buttons displayed on screen in order to continue the string of attacks. This should be a gameplay feature to look out for.

The video is shown below and is quite gory so it may not be suitable for people under 15, if you don’t mind seeing a bit of gory action watch it and let us know if you will be playing as Kratos when you buy Mortal Kombat 2011 next month.
