It seems that Apple have been having quite a bit of trouble of late with some of their software. There have been issues for owners of the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air, and even the Apple TV was experiencing problems. Now we are hearing that owners of the iPad 2 have had problems with FaceTime.
Richard Goodwin of Know Your Mobile is reporting some users of the iPad 2 are reporting problems while using the FaceTime application. On Apple’s support forum users are complaining that when they are using the application it keeps freezing.

One user complains that it was working fine at first, but when they restart the application they are met with the image from when it was turned it off. Restarting the device does seem to cure the problem, but another user has complained that it happens every two or three times.
Neil Hughes from Apple Insider is reporting that one user is claiming that a manager of a Verizon store in New York, said the same problem happened on “a lot” of demo units. Some users have gone as far as doing a full software restore of the device.
