Fuel Economy Calculator: Save money with an iPhone App

With the price of fuel rising steeply recently it is becoming more important to find ways to save money. A recently updated application is available which allows users to keep a check on how fuel efficient their vehicle is.

Fuel Economy Calculator 1.2 is available for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Users enter some details when they fill up with fuel, and after a couple of more fill ups the app will tell you how fuel efficient it is. The application uses figures from your vehicles odometer so it is completely accurate.

The application shows users how much they spend on fuel in an average month, and how much a particular journey will cost. It will give details on the furthest users have travelled on one tank, and also works with fuel purchased in liters and gallons. Fuel economy is worked out in both miles and KM.
