Make a date with the Royal Wedding via a new iPad App

A new free iPad application promises to give users an in depth and comprehensive guide to the wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton. ROYAL WEDDING 2011: Your Guide to Will and Kate’s Big Day 1.0 has just been released on the App Store.

Launched by 2 For Life Media Inc. the application offers users a content rich experience which will last them past the big day in April. Users can see which designers could be designing Kate’s wedding dress, rules for palace protocol, and even what books and movies to get you in a royal mood.

The big event takes place on April 29, and 2.5 billion viewers are expected to watch the wedding on the TV, and this app will get people from around the world ready for the big day. A newswall will provide a live feed of any articles or photos which are published from the Press Association.

Other features include a map of London’s royal hot spots, facts about the couple, silly souvenirs, and much more. There is also a tab to connect you to the special Facebook page.
