You knew that the iPad 2 would launch for the first time on both AT&T and Verizon this year, but now we have a confirmed time for when you’ll be able to head down to your nearest Verizon retailer or purchase it online.
Unless you’ve been living on a different planet, the iPad 2 launches in the US on March 11th, and we can now tell you that you’ll be able to pick one up starting from 5PM local time, depending on where you live, according to BGR.
Apple has also confirmed the 5PM time on the retail section of their website, which you can check out here. Now it’s down to you though, do you go for the slightly cheaper iPad 2 or the Motorola Xoom with better hardware features? Another battle between Android and iOS will be commencing come March 11th, just days away.
How many of you are planning to buy an iPad 2 on launch date, and how many are planning to wait until the collection of reviews go live? There are some complaints that Apple still hasn’t disclosed what kind of cameras the iPad 2 possesses, or that it won’t be 4G supported on either AT&T and Verizon.
Is the iPad 2 a day one buy for you or not?
