When it comes to finding a job most of us already in work will know just how tough it is, but we should still share a thought for those who are still in the hunt. We know that jobs are now much harder to find than in the 80’s when I left school, but then again there are more tools at your disposal, such as social media. If I have learned anything in life it is the importance of persistence.
Social media is a different beast to what it was a few years back when it was finding its feet, as it was a way to have fun and socialize with friends. However, things have evolved since then and more and more would be employees and employers are using social media as a way to search and advertise for job positions.
