If you have been waiting for Duke Nukem Forever to release, your time is almost up thanks to the current May 3, 2011 release date. The much awaited game will be coming to the PS3, PC, and Xbox 360 and has been given the review treatment by selected games sites, one being bitmob.com.

Its really nice to read a review that takes a look at both the pros and cons, and in the gaming industry you will find many one sided reviews, especially when you’ve had your flight and hotel paid for by those behind the game.

Now for the shocking news, Duke Nukem Forever has been reviewed by bitmob.com – see the full review here – and while they had their hotel and flight paid for by 2K Games, after they visited the preview event we get to read a review that looks at the possible success or failure of Duke Nukem Forever.

The article looks at 5 reasons DNF will fail, and 5 reasons it will succeed. While we might not agree with them, when they say “Duke Nukem isn’t that relevant anymore”, we’re certainly looking forward to finding out more about the multiplayer part of Duke Nukem Forever, which Gearbox and 2K are keeping hidden at the time of writing.

For another take on the game, you may also want to read an article by Escapist Magazine, which also covers a hands-on with the game. Feel free to watch the new Duke Nukem Forever trailer here.
