There are so many reasons why you should download the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader X, and one of those is to stop PDF spam attacks. It does not take long to check for an update, and will save you so much hassle in the long run. The latest such attack is known as Mal/PDFEx-J, which SophosLabs recently detected.
