So far we have brought you some MLB 2K11 screens, release date info and even some leaked gameplay footage, now we have the game’s official trailer for you to check out and also confirmation of a re-run of last year’s perfect game competition, I am sure this will impress fans of Major League Baseball fans.
The video has been embedded at the end of this post (scroll down to see it), it is not the most exciting trailer as it does not show a long-list of new features, nor does it appear to show gameplay footage, however it does reveal that there will be a perfect game challenge, if you are playing the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions of the game and pitch the perfect game you will be in with a chance to win $1,000,000.
Last year Wade McGillberry from Mobile, Alabama won the challenge, he used Atlanta Braves pitcher Kenshin Kawakami, however this time round competition will be stiff as new entry requirements allow 13 year olds and over to participate, incedently Wade was 24 when he won last year’s prize, you can read more about this here.
Over the next few weeks we expect to see more and more MLB 2K11 news leading up to the game’s release, therefore we will keep you posted, how close have you got to pitching the perfect game on MLB 2K10?
