A great application which gives users a full instructive work-out resource has just been updated. Core Fitness 1.01 is available for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.
Released by Texas based House of File, the app provides a concise and health minded fitness program. All of the individual exercises offer a series of advanced options so users will be continually tested, even when their health and strength increases over time. The app gives users the chance to follow a low impact fitness regime which is also focused on improving health.
With Core Fitness users are helped to become more physically fit, and also encouraged to stay healthy. Core muscle groups are concentrated on such as abs, hips, shoulders, back, buttocks, and legs. The training itself is split between yoga stretches and resistance training.
This will allow users to complete each regime in about forty minutes. These only need to be done three to four times a week for the program to become effective. A minimal amount of training equipment is needed such as dumbbells costing between $10 and $20.
Core Fitness 1.01 is available on the App Store for only $1.99. iOS 3.2 or later required.
