New iPhone 4 Deal at RadioShack: Are you interested?

By Alan Ng - Dec 6, 2010

Despite the fact that the general holiday sales are now over, we have news of a unique deal which is being held at retailers Radioshack, as they will be offering an Apple iPhone 4 handset, for as little as $25 when you trade in an iPhone 3GS.

As reported from AppleInsider, Radioshack’s special one week sale started on Saturday, and will run up until December 11th. It will offer customers the opportunity to pick up a new iPhone handset with a instant discount of $50, subject to either a new contract agreement with AT&T, or to upgrade your existing contract as well.

If you just want to take advantage of RadioShack’s $50 discount offer, then you’ll be able to see the iPhone 3GS priced at $50, the 16GB iPhone 4 at $150 and the 32GB model available for $250.

However, if you own an iPhone 3GS handset and want to trade in for an iPhone 4, you can use Radioshack’s revamped Trade & Save program to exchange an iPhone 3GS handset for an iPhone 4 for just $25, excluding taxes and activation fees.

There may be an element of risk in doing this, especially if the iPhone 5 is released next Summer, but for $25 you can’t really go wrong, so it may be worth heading into your local Radioshack store to find out more details on this.

Let us know if you have seen this new deal in-store. Would you be interested in trading in or not?
