Beatles on iTunes: Reaction from Twitter – iOS 4.2 Update Needed

After having a few hours to gather your thoughts on Apple’s ‘big’ announcement earlier on today, what are your overall opinions on what was announced. Are you happy that The Beatles are finally available on iTunes?

We have been taking a look at what some of you have been saying on Twitter about Apple’s announcement, and it looks like a fair amount of you are slightly disappointed that there wasn’t anything else announced, like iTunes Cloud Streaming or even the highly anticipated iOS 4.2 update.

Then again, you might be a huge Beatles fan and the news today could have been music to your ears. At the end of the day, there is nothing we can do about hype – as we can’t blame Apple for announcing it on their website like they did.

Hopefully the next big announcement from Apple will turn out to be the iOS 4.2 update, but we keep hearing about these delays, which isn’t good.

Not interested in Beatles. What's the point if ios 4.2 did not release as rumors. This is not surprise but rather than disappointment after apple said what it is yesterday.
I think Apple should review what really user want or need.

Apple stocks have actually gone down because of this. They need to hurry up and release iOS 4.2 and fast. Maybe something else along with it.

Woopde fucken do da day. Who cares about the beatles on iTunes. Catch a wakeup apple give us something we all looking forward to. Save the beatles anticlimax nonsense till after 4.2!!! Anyone that desperate for the beatles could have bought the tunes elsewhere if they that desperate. Beatles on iTunes, hardly that mind-blowing, nor cause to mark any day we will never forget.

Please please help me help me help me!!!! That’s the beetles song that sticks in my mind. Have everything from the apple family and have had from beginning. Gonna change my products if they don’t pull there finger out and stop putting smoke screens.
